About the Series
Estate planning is a key responsibility that often falls into this category. To this end, we will host a monthly seminar series on estate planning and inheritance in Islam, from September through March, presented by Hafiz Yaser Ali and Abdullah Qureshi.
Hafiz Yaser Ali is an imam and attorney licensed in the states of Arizona and California, who has expertise in sharia-compliant estate planning. Abdullah Qureshi is a graduate of Zaytuna College and Georgetown Law School. They bring together an understanding of Muslim jurisprudence and the American legal system.
