Eiyad S. al-Kutubi

Eiyad al-Kutubi teaches Ethics, Logic in the Islamic Tradition, Classical Islamic Texts and Commentaries, and Politics. His research interests include philosophy and theology, Quranic studies, and usul al-fiqh.

Prior to Zaytuna College

After receiving his Ph. D. in Islamic Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington, he taught elementary Arabic and intermediate Arabic at Georgia State University, Islamic studies, Islamic philosophy, Qur’anic exegesis, world religions, and Sufism at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and Qur’anic studies, Sufism, and Arabic (elementary, intermediate, advanced) at Indiana University.
