Narmeen Hashim

Narmeen Hashim serves as Regional Development Officer at Zaytuna College, cultivating relationships with supporters across the Bay Area and West Coast. She brings over a decade of experience in philanthropy, education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. As a co-founder of a nonprofit organization, she has focused her career on expanding educational access, fostering belonging, and advancing initiatives rooted in human dignity. Her experience includes fundraising, partnership development, program leadership, and facilitating cross-community dialogue.

Narmeen holds a Master’s degree in Geography and is a trained Council facilitator. She is passionate about building authentic, long-term relationships that connect supporters with opportunities to advance Zaytuna’s mission of preserving and transmitting the Islamic intellectual tradition.
