This year, by the grace of God, we are honored to graduate our ninth BA class and third MA class.

As we recognize our graduates, we are inspired by their hard work and pray for success in their future endeavors. We leave them to navigate ahead with the sound guidance of God and His Messenger ﷺ. God commands us in the, (3:200):

“Oh you who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear God; that you may prosper.” (Qur'an, 3:200)

Please join us in a day of gratitude for past blessings and hope in God’s limitless blessings for the future.

This event will be livestreamed on our YouTube Channel.

We have reached capacity for in-person attendees and will not accommodate unregistered guests at the door the day of the event.

Tobias Tubbs
Keynote Speaker

Tobias Tubbs

Tobias Tubbs dedicated his life to uplifting the disenfranchised by offering an opportunity to heal and grow through meaningful work. He is the founder of several community initiatives, including Huma House and Good Currency Studios, which provide inner city communities a means of spiritual healing and personal upliftment through farming and gardening.

Tubbs served 28 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. During his incarceration, he used this time to reconnect with his Muslim faith and to follow the prophetic example of gratitude despite the many hardships he faced. Since his release in October 2018, Tubbs has devoted his life to projects such as Words Uncaged, which provides important services such as prison prevention, re-entry, and transitioning programs through art and education programs.

To learn more about Tubbs’ extraordinary story, please listen to his conversation with President Hamza Yusuf.
