By the grace of God, the first decade of Zaytuna College—and the early years of Zaytuna Institute going back to the 1990s—have been an eventful journey of incredible growth and miraculous blessings, even amidst trials and challenges along the way, and the Bay Area community has been with Zaytuna throughout the entire journey.

Now, the College hopes to define the decade ahead—and we've challenged ourselves with many ambitious goals, including unveiling a PhD program, doubling our student body, increasing our public engagement, and building our endowment.

We invite you to join us for our annual San Francisco Bay Area banquet, where we'll not only celebrate the present, but also envision the future.

*Joram van Klaveren, once called the "crown prince of Geert Wilders," is a former representative of the Dutch far-right Party for Freedom who later accepted Islam. As a politician, he called for the closing of mosques, for removing the Qur'an from parliament, and for banning Islam from the Netherlands. In the Foreword for his new memoir, Apostate, President Yusuf writes: "This book tells the story of an uncommon trajectory, the journey of a man from animosity to charity, from despair to hope, and from belligerence to peace."
